To prevent a lost pet, follow these easy steps:

• Keep your fence and gates maintained and secured.
• Leash or barricade your “flight risk” pet when opening doors to the outside.
• Ensure your pet has an identification tag with current information.
• Ensure your dog has a current license with your town or city. 
• Keep your pet’s collar with tags on at all times. 
• If microchipped, ensure the information is up-to-date.
